Returns and Refunds:
How do I return a purchase for a refund?
All physical products can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, complete and in the same condition it was receive. Please include a copy of one of the following:
- Invoice
- Packing Slip
- Note with your first and last name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Refunds for the price of the product will be made within 7-14 days. Refunds are made to the purchasing credit card and if the card has expired, we will need the new expiration date in order to expedite your refund.
Can I return a digital purchase for a refund?
Unfortunately, digital products are not eligible for a refund after they have been accessed. This includes, but is not limited to purchases for MP3, eBook, Virtual training course, and any virtual modules.
Digital Products, Downloads and ELearning:
I am getting an error message stating that I have exceeded the download count limit. What went wrong?
As a security measure, there is a limit to how many times a file can be downloaded. if you happen to reach the limit, please contact support at support@angelolombardo.com.
Can I return my digital product for a refund?
No. We cannot accept returns or process refunds on all digital products.
Can I download my virtual training course videos?
No. At this time the virtual training course videos cannot be downloaded. You will always need internet connection to access the videos on the E-Learning platform
What is E-Learning and how do I purchase courses?
E-Learning programs is a convenient way to view video training materials at your home, office, or on the go=on your mobile device. Some of the video lesson’s are complete with an action guide worksheet that you can use to follow along and use to track your progress. To access any of the Learning Programs please visit our online store.
If I pause my video can I restart where I left off?
Absolutely Yes! You can easily access your video where you left off by clicking on the “My Accounts” section when logged in and clicking on the product link from there under the downloads section.
