Playing Offense with Angelo!

Angelo Lombardo is a Fortune 500 senior Executive and is an expert in leadership, motivation, sales, strategy and running large business segments.  His experience includes overseeing the successfully negotiation of large multi-million dollar contracts and brining in new business.

In addition to his sales success, Angelo is skilled at leading teams in the area of process improvement.  His accomplishments include: completely reengineering his organization’s sales process, and creating a fully automated  system to support the contract renewal effort.

Prior to his current company, Angelo worked at BP where managed a $250MM business segment and led a new startup venture, virtually building the entire organization from the ground up.  While at BP, Angelo also helped lead the rebranding effort of its ampm convenience store concept, introducing several marketing and promotional innovations.

Angelo has spoken to some of the largest organizations across the United States and Asia, sharing his insights on business, sales, and motivation.  In addition, he has addressed audiences for the American Marketing Association and is a guest speaker at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business where he shares his insights on negotiations.  Finally, Angelo is a leader for the career ministry at Saddleback Church, where he teaches business skills to individuals looking to advance their professional success.

Angelo grew up in Southern California.  He did his undergraduate work at the University of San Diego where he graduated in 1989 with a degree in communications and a minor in business administration.

In adittion to his undergraduate degree, he holds a Master’s of Business Administration from UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business.

Angelo lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two daughters where he enjoys horses, golf, skiing and indulging in the great outdoors.
